Weekend Workshop with Kristin Laak: August 24- 25- 26, 2007
Friday 5-7 pm, Saturday and Sunday 1-4 pm. Pre-registration recommended. $100. (Drop ins OK: Friday: $20, Sat. and/or Sun. $45 each).
Kristin is a well-known yoga presence in Santa Barbara, where she taught Ashtanga for several years, earning a loyal following before departing in 1996. She was instrumental in introducing Ashtanga to Santa Barbara. She has studied extensively in Mysore, India with Sri K. Pattabhi Jois and Shankarnarayana Jois. She taught at Richard Freeman's Yoga Workshop from 1996-2003 before moving with her family to Ashland, Oregon, where she currently resides and teaches.

We will be hosting a Weekend Workshop with Tim Miller: January 21 & 22, 2006
Saturday and Sunday 1-4 pm. Pre-registration required. $100.
Each day will open with a talk followed by explorations of Primary and Intermediate series. Ashtanga experience or comfort with a strong flow class will be needed to get through it. We will take 36 students for this class.

Ashtanga Yoga Intensive with Dena Kingsberg: September 18-23, 2005
Sunday 7-11 am, Mon-Fri 6-8:30 am. Pre-registration recommended. $180 for the week, $40 for Sunday only.
Dena and family, from Byron Bay Australia, will join us as part of their world tour. The week will include led and Mysore-style classes, pranayama, chanting and meditation. Dena is a senior certified student of Sri K. Pattabhi Jois.
